Every other year (usually years ending in an odd number) our group hosts a FREE Xeriscape Garden Tour of the Big Bear Valley featuring local homes with water wise yards. The Free Self-Guided Tour starts between 9am and noon. Tours are allowed until 4:00 pm.
The tour includes the DWP’s Xeriscape Demonstration Garden on Fox Farm Road, in front of the Community Garden, and a Firewise home that will demonstrate best practices for keeping the landscape around your home ... Fire Wise!
